Default Cannot get but small amount brake fluid from all brakes when bleeding

2003 Chevy Silverado 4.8L 2WD

Disclaimer: Not my truck

My son and I have been trying to fix this brake issue for someone and it has us banging our heads against a wall!

Truck has zero brakes at all and when we tried to bleed them, there is very little fluid wanting to come out of all the bleed screws both front and back. We bled master cylinder twice and saw air and removed it. Tried again to get fluid flowing and still nothing. Auto bled ABS about 15 times and still got same results.

Could really use some help!

Are you using the piston center tool on the proportioning valve?

Don't have the tool but I have been leaning toward the PV as the issue. MC is pushing fluid when we bench bleed it while still on the truck. But after that there is still no pressure or fluid coming from all 4 calipers. Just maybe a little air and drops of fluid. MC is not even a year old.

Sometimes its better to back flush it. You'll have a open the M/C lid to do so, however.
