Installed new spark plugs and wires, new MAF sensor, all 8 ignition coil packs, and fuel filter. The truck is open header right now and I understand the O2 sensors can be creating an issue but I’m only get the 1 code p0300. I also have driven the truck approximately 500 miles after installation of headers and have not had issues till the last 50-75 miles. So that makes me question if it would be an O2 issue, but not ruling it out. The truck will start to idle rough and cutout really bad when trying to accelerate or hold speed. Issue seems to go away after turning off and starting back up as if it might be resetting. Which makes me believe something electric not mechanical? Any ideas

 

It is likely it's not happy about not having proper or any O2 sensor function.
