Default Cold Air

When I have pn the heat there is cold air blowing on the passenger side floor. Looking for suggestions on where to start troubleshooting

Does yours have the dual controls, with a separate temp for the passenger side, like my 2006? If so, I imagine the blend door actuator is gone on the passenger side, and it is open to cold outside air rather than heat.
