Bought a truck from a storage lot auction and the interior was nasty. Pulled EVERYTHING except the dash out and washed the carpet. It looked and felt clean so I reinstalled it. When re-installing I had it folded and when I unfolded it seen a ton of dirt that was still left in it. Appears the stuff has been ground down so far it is to the backing mat. Compressed air only got so far and just made a huge sandstorm mess of everything again.
Even the seats are like that.... How can I get this carpet seriously clean again? I'm abit of a clean freak or just like to keep my things nice and even though its a truck, I still want to keep it nice. If removal of the carpet is necessary, I'll do it as I only have the front seats in currently.
Thought about something like rug doctor but not sure it would be able to pull the buried stuff out.
