2005 Chevy SS 1500. I'm trying to unlock the driver and passenger doors. Neither the key fob or the actual key will turn the lock. I can hear the doors trying to unlock with both the fob and the key but it wont turn all the way. I am in Montana and its single digits out here but I've never had this issue before. I know its not the key fob battery because the actual key wont even turn the lock. Anybody had this issue or have any suggestions? Also, Anyone know whats the deal with the windshield wiper fluid? Did these models of the SS just not contain windshield wiper capabilities? Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated thanks.

I would figure regardless of the options packages washer fluid tanks are one everything...
