Default Electrical Issues

I have an '07 1500 Classic that has a few electrical issues. The right turn signal blows the fuse right after I replace it, the front speakers don't work, and the horn doesn't work. I feel like they are all somehow connected. The main one I am worried about is the turn signal. I have replaced all the bulbs and tried tracing the wiring looking for a short, but haven't come up with anything. I'm afraid it might be the signal controller, but that is an $80 guess, plus that wouldn't explain the horn and front speakers. Does anyone have any direction they could please point me in?

Also Check the relays for the RAP relays in the side dash fuse box. They also control that.
