Default Engine misfire

So a little while back my trucks idle was rough and my CEL was flashing but it went away after a little while and then a week or so goes by and my CEL turns on but not flashing. I pulled codes both times. And they both were the same codes, P0300 P0174 and P0151 I thought it would be my coilpacks sense it has to do with eletrical and fuel but I spoke with others and they think it might be something else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check the wiring to the upstream oxygen sensor on the passenger side. If the wiring is intact, replace the oxygen sensor. If the ECM cannot read the data the oxygen sensors are sending to it, or if the oxygen sensor is not working, it can cause all kinds of issues.

If after repairing the wiring to the O2 sensor or replacing it, and the P0300 and P0151 persists, come back for more guidance.

Good Luck!
