Engine noise
I have an 02 Silverado with approximately 140k miles on it. I have fresh synthetic high mileage oil in it as of this morning. I started getting a rattling noise out of the left bank of the motor right by the oil filler neck. Any ideas? Suggestions?

Sounds like a lifter/pushrod/rocker issue to me.
