My 04 Silverado has the entire center section of the interior fuse block dead. Only the rows of fuses at the outside edges have power, none of the middle ones have 12 volts (checking terminals with fuses removed). 4wd not working, HVAC not working, guages not working. All underhood fuses and relays ok. Help!
