Question Got a 3500 work truck- it needs work. Need help with parts!

truck is a chevy silverado 3500- silverado "classic" 2007 - which best I can figure makes it a 2006- so I put this in the <2007 forum.

It was sold new to some sort of custom build company in MA. They put a stainless dump flatbed on it, and best I can figure they did the wiring for a plow and a sander, too. There's even a 110v plug out back- I've yet to figure that out!
The truck then spent its life as a yard truck in a steel yard. Has 30k miles on it, but looks like it's got 250k+. Has rust issues- but nothing too bad for what I'm used to (new england)
Computer told me the number of hours- this truck has averaged 19mph over those 30k.
I'm not the kind of guy to go to a dealership, but I might be wiling to drop the truck off with a local mechanic if I can't figure something out with the help of the online community.

Anyway- I've got a few problems.
The second fuel tank (way out back) pump doesn't work. I've been cleaning rock salt off this truck all month, today I took compressed air to the top of that pump to try and clear it off to identify the problem- air blew right through the steel part of the fuel line coming out of the top of the pump.
So, I need a fuel pump- but the rear pump isn't the same as the front one! Best I can figure, it's the same thing minus a pressure sending unit- but the depth might be different...? The current one only has one electrical connector (four pin) where the primary one has two connectors. Rock Auto lists *one* as secondary- as far as I can tell i may be able to use the same pump out back as I use up front?
Any input appreciated.

Other problems:
Floppy door - Fixed! used the dump bed and some scrap wood to lift the door so I could replace the hinge pins. A++!]

Brake Lights -Fixed! turns out I had very much caused this problem myself washing rock salt off the truck. Created a bad ground.

Fuel Tank Strap-
Front tank lost a strap. Rotted right in two. I'm seeing tons of straps for sale on line, but nobody specifies which tank they're for- and they're clearly different sizes. I'm looking for straps for the front, smaller tank- but I can't remember how big. With the rear tank empty, the fuel light came on- this tank only took 9 gallons. With the rear tank full, the guage was 3/4 full and this tank took 15. It's on the driver side- next to the muffler. I'm assuming this is the 'normal' tank that a single tank truck would have, but can't be sure.

Airbag-
Airbag light is on. NO idea why, or how to diagnose/fix. The fuse diagram says 15a fuse- there's a 30a in there. Could be anything- don't even know where to start.
Any input is appreciated.

Transmission fluid-
Seems to have a small leak- but fluid levels seem ok. At 30k, I figure it could use new fluid. Anything special reccomended?
Should I replace the filter? Manual says filter is at 50k, but this truck has had a rough life so far.

CEL:
-P0400
-P0446

One is emissions, my understanding is there's a vent hose off the charcoal can that gets clogged up. Trying to find it so I can investigate.
The other is a knock code. Lots of things cause knock- everyone I've talked to says not to worry about it on these engines. problem being, CEL means the truck won't take a sticker- so I need to fix the code. There *is* a loud ticking sound! Louder when cold, but the only thing I can compare it to from online research is an exhaust manifold leak.
Any input there appreciated.
