Default Hoping somebody can help me out with electrical issue

Hello, and thank you for reading my post. I have a 2006 silverado 1500 4wd with the flex fuel 5.3l. I had a wiring issue with my ignition wire, that i have fixed. Although before i fixed it, my buddy was messing with the ignition relay, and he was trying to jump terminals on the under hood fuse block, and it shorted something out. Well i rellaced my ignition wire with the proper gauge. But now it cranks and wont start. I started checking fuses under the hood with a test light. What I get is, with the clip on ground, i have no power to pcm fuses or fuel injector fuses. If i clip to positive post, and test those fuses, it lights up and then dims down. I also get a strange noise from my electric throttle body, only when i touch those said fuses. But when i unplug my throttle body i get no power to the fuses. Also, I hooked up my snap on scan tool, and no codes, but the vehicle theft deterrent fuel disable is active. Thank you for any help i recieve.

Probably a fuseable link in the power supply conductor going to that fuse box

Trace the power wire from the fuse box, there probably is a fuse link in it.
