How concerned should I be with oil pressure ???
Any advice is greatly appreciated. My 04 silverado 4x4 extended cab with 5.3 oil pressure guage is reading just barely over 20 at an idle. It will go up to about 40 with a little ram increase but drops back down to the 20 mark. Took it on interstate at 60- 70 mph it will show about 45 on pressure guage but drops back down. Oil level is fine and oil looks clean. Any ideas??
