Default How loose should sway bar bushings be?

06 Z71, replacing sway bar end links and sway bar front to frame bushings (which are a completely different part than the end links). Using RA -> ACDELCO https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.ph ... 8&jsn=1054. Measured 1,322,532 times before I ordered, got 1 1/8 sway bar diameter every time. THe inside diameter of the new bushings is also 1 1/8. Problem is they're looser than the marble in a spray can! Can freely spin them on the bar, rattle the sway bar in them. 1 1/8 is the smallest sway bar there is, they don't sell 1" ID bushings. So what's going on here? For clarity, I'm referring to the sway bar front to frame bushing that looks like the letter D, not the end link bushings.

The bar bushings should not be loose at all. The movement is minimal but you can add some grease to prevent squawking on cold days.
