Default Not Starting Through The Ignition

So, I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500hd Classic. It has the 6.0 Vortex, and 6 speed transmission with the full tow package. My problem is this. I can't start the truck with the ignition. I can climb under the truck and bump start it, but when I do this, my ABS light and brake light stay on, and the truck remains in 1st gear. I don't have any voltage measured in the solenoid wire with the key in start position. I replaced the starter, and the ignition switch. I'm out of ideas.

You didn't state if you checked fuse(s)? I do NOT have the circuit diagram in front of me, and this is a guess, when you bump start it, you could be back feeding the start circuit, and back feeding the abs, that might explain that issue. You might try to bump start it with the switch wire off the solenoid, then go from there.

I figured you did check fuses, but putting that in the troubleshooting phase.
"You might try to bump start it with the switch wire off the solenoid, then go from there." My suggestion at this point.

Default Problem solved

It was the main 40 amp fuse under the hood. It looked fine, but tested bad
