Default just got a 2000 Silverado, help!

hello i just bought a 2000 Z71 Lt Silverado, it has just over 200000km had one original owner and it was well maintained and driven fairly gently its whole life, only things it needs are front rotors and leaf spring shackles and a few fuzes, just wondering what should i look out for this truck or should automatically do to it, i would love some incite on this.
thank you

what's the engine or VIN? Z71 is a half ton right?
Do you know the service history? Like transmission/driveline?

Welcome from Florida. Replace the rotors, pads and shackles. Enjoy the truck.

Default Things to check

As an older GM truck ... Get down low and check for rust underneath ... Pay close attention to brake lines and frame . As a Florida truck it may not be an issue ..... Up north they rust horribly from the road salt . Next thing I would do is change transmission fluid and clean filter but go the extra mile of blowing out transmission lines both ways to help clear the transmission cooler of debris . In retrospect I wish I would have upgraded the 1 to 2 servo accumulator with the rod less piston . It was right there on the bottom of the valve body when I serviced mine . Now I'm having issues with it . I would check fuel pressure as the fuel pumps where kind of known for failure too the point that there's a good chance that yours has already been changed and possibly more than once .. The fuel sending units are also known to fail in the long run and is located on the fuelpump also . Next thing I would check out is front suspension .. All of it .... Ball joints , tie rods , front bearing assemblies , rubber bushings , boots ..ect... In that age group I would expect to find issues in these areas but hopefully you will be lucky and not find too much . Hope it's a good truck for ya .
