Hello to all
Thanks for allowing me to be a member. . I am trying to get an idea on a 2002 5.3 .I believe it's a LM7 , one of the lifters is causing a ticking noise, I am going to be installing new lifters and wanted to know if I would have to replace the cam or not. I have never had this situation before. I could really use some help on this.
