Default misfire on cylinder 3 p0300

So finally got myself the fun p0300, strangely enough it seems to be intermittent, for example, during deceleration and coming to a stop I can feel the miss, but its only sometimes, now when this happens almost every time when I begin to accelerate the service engine soon light begins to flash. after driving a short bit, like 2-3 mins or even less the light goes out and the engine smooths out. My first thought was check the wires, plug, and make sure every thing is good an no loose connectors. I am thinking possible a bad injector but wanted to get some other opinions on the matter. Coils are good, they were replaced not to long ago, the injectors are original and it has 145k miles. Thanks for any info.

That's my plan, next off day I have, hopefully it solves it. Wires and plugs are new, jsut changed those not long ago, maybe 3 weeks, but might be defective wire.
