Default Misfire Help

Hello, I need desperate help I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 4.3l. While driving home one night on the freeway it all of a sudden felt like i was towing a trailer. My check engine light started flashing at me telling me cylinder number 5 has a misfire. I limped it home having to hold the brake and give it a little gas at a stop sign or red light. It was a terrible misfire. I got it home after doing research of the symptoms I had and came up with the spider injectors so I replaced it making sure that all the injectors were fully seated and on the right cylinder. Now my truck refuses to start only if I have the IAC disconnect so I replaced it and it still refuses to start with it connected. I also changed a oxygen sensor that was bad and constantly reading 0.900 on the side the misfire first started. My spark plugs, plug wires, distributer cap, rotor, and fuel pump are new also replaced them about 2 months before the problem started.
