Default Need Tunning?

Hello everyone I’m new here.

So I just had my 4.8 vortec rebuilt( 2004 1500 Silverado), it was a complete engine rebuild.

New pistons are 20 over, we had a little bit of issues getting everything right and now it’s finally complete.

the thing is I feel like It is running a little lean, mostly when going above 2k rpms.

do I need tunning to match the bigger pistons? Maybe new injectors? I’m open to try your guy’s opinions.

thanks in advance!
