no obd2 or no elec windows or lights or guages
I have a 2004 2500hd 6.0l the obd 2 port has no power the key fob wont open doors theres no gauges working except the rpm and speedo no electric windows no stereo no interior lights what is going on

Have you checked fuse? I believe the cigar lighter fuse powers the obd port. It might be a body control module, if your vehicle has one. The rpm, and speedometer aren't related to the rest of your issue.
