I have a 2004 2500 HD. Last week something happened to the electrical system. The batteries where over 3 years old and I noticed it took some cranking before the truck would start but was trying to get every bit of life they had out of them. One morning I turned the key and nothing......no clicking, no cranking no nothing. Had to get it towed to the dealer. Two new batteries seemed to fix the issue however now there is no sound coming from my radio. Also no door chime when key is in ignition and door is open. Also radio does not shut off??? Is it my radio? My Bose amp or could it be the GMOS-04 thing the radio is plugged into. PS I have an aftermarket "Kenwood" radio. Any help would be appreciated and you'll need to speak in layman's terms.Thanks!
