I am a Technician. I have a Sierra 1999 Manual Trans. It has been off for 5 Years. It refuses to start. The Followings have been checked:
Fuel Pressure all good.
Cylinder Pressure are all above 150 Psi
No security Issue
Just starts for few seconds and then turns off. Doesn't accept acceleration.
Here is the Weird stuff..The crank Sensor, it throws up a p0365 CKP sensor DTC. The Ignition Coil do Spark. But when i replaced it with a brand new one,it doesn't spark at all. The part number is all same. Thought that the new one is faulty. Swapped the sensor from a running Car and still no spark.
It has driven me crazy.
Any one who went through the same?
