Same issue as no start no power to the dash. My question does it have anything to do with passlock 2 system by chance cause I cant figure this out either and my 99 chevy 3500 has been down a month and a half because of this. Please help!

someone said headlight dimmer switch might be issue?

Did you figure out what it was? I have a c3500 with the exact same problem....

Check the ignition fuse. Mine blew after the starter silinoid went out. Had me puzzled for two days.

Got a 97 Chevy Silverado to shift into your lights won't work it won't let it kick in 4-wheel drive kick in. Power to starter turn the key on jump starter it starts but I can't figure out how to get the shifter light to work. Has new ignition. new wireing harness everything new in the column

Default Same problem 97 suburban

Same problem, clock on radio comes one nothing else. I just changed the motor, brand new starter, new battery, it was cranking then all of a sudden I hooked everything back up turned the key then bam dash lights went out and nothing works since.
