I have a 99 chevy 1500 that is stuck in 4 low. the neutral indicator light in the dash does not light up when placed in neutral. all the other gears light up. I have replaced the neutral safety switch on the tranny. I hope someone has seen this problem I cannot find any solutions anywhere thanks for the help
