typically there are sensors before catalytic converters, and after. One set for each engine bank. (you didn't specify your engine)
don't fix what aint broken.
But you can check online catalogs like rockauto.com to see what your truck needs and part numbers. I would stick to OEM brand.

You will have a total of 4 O2 sensors. As mountainmanjoe stated, each bank will have 2 O2 sensors. Also, upstream O2 sensors are typically not the same a the downstream O2 sensors.
If you find that you do need to change them, you are best served by purchasing either GM Genuine or Denso O2 sensors.
