Default Is it possible?

So I have a 2006 6.6 duramax and I also have a 2011 6.0 both are the 2500hd I was curious if I could pull the rear end off the 2011 and put it in the 2006?

Cant think of any reason why not long as its full-floating and has the same drum brakes.

well i wasn’t sure if the gears were the same and I’d not if there would have to be any kind of tuning or whatever for the gears and then I didn’t know for sure If the diameter of the drive shafts were the same to see if they would bolt up for sure
