I own a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. I bought it used in 2012 and it came with the C.R. Laurence Powr Slider electric rear sliding window. I've never had a problem with it until the other day when it would not close. It sounds like the motor is running when I try to close it but not sure if motor is bad. I would think if motor was completely shot, then I couldn't hear it trying to work. Trying to troubleshoot to save the expense of a brand new motor.

 

if the motor is running the problem is more likely to be broken cables or cable linkage. remove the covers and inspect.
