Hi I have an 05 Z71 silverado and whenever I drive the ride feels a bit rough, is there anything I can do to make it a bit smoother? I drive a lot of country roads and I just got this truck and its a lot rougher than my old frontier

 

does it have torsion bars and if yes, are the bars turned up to high? this will cause a rought ride as it reduces suspension travel. if you adjust the bars, it changes ride height so a wheel alignment is required.
