Default Radiator fans

Hello, my radiator fans wont turn off even after the vehicle is turned off. It drained my battery completely. I already changed the fan relays, temperature sensor, and the blower motor resistor. Not sure what else I need to do. Any suggestions?

I did some googling, water in the pcm connection, caused a few to do that,no parts needed, just a good drying and dielectric grease, hope that helps,I'm writing it down for another place to inspect
