Default Removing Cowl

Needing to remove my cowl to find the spot water is getting in, but my wipers won't budge. I have removed the nut but cant pull the wiper off. My mechanic friend couldn't either, and now I am stuck knowing the source but not being able to get to it to fix it. Any tips to loosen it off?

You need to use something like a battery terminal removal tool. Something like the Lisle 54140 as shown here:
Amazon Amazon

Works like a champ!

Good Luck!

Hey! Now that tool is something I have never seen before and would never even think to exist! I'm going to give it one more try today to get it off with some brute force of my own, and if it doesn't work (which is most likely whats going to happen) I will be buying that tool tonight! Thank you so much, I am learning something new about fixing my truck every day!

Don't be afraid to tap the shaft with a hammer to break it free.
