Default Rims and tires question

Hopefully, this hasn't been asked 1,000 time already: I'm looking to re-shoe my truck and want to know the biggest tires I can use without rubbing on the wheel well or anything else. I'll be getting 18" rims. Right now, I'm running 245s on 16" rims but I'd like to fill in more of the space in the wheel wells. So, with 18" rims, how big can I go on the tires without rubbing? TIA

There are lot of variables there. Is your truck lifted? And are these 18s stock or aftermarket? If so whats the offset? I have 265/75r16 x 6.5 on stocks and cleared just fine but got aftermarket rims that are 16x7.5 with i think a -22 offset? And just trimmed just a small corner from my bumper
