Thinking of getting the 4.5in lift on my 2003 silverado 1500. The truck is 2wd with 245/17/16 tires. How will the lift look without going up in wheel/ tire size?

Does anyone have any experience with this lift?

Also I havnt been able to find another suspension lift for a 2wd truck but if anyone knows something I can compare it to please let me know.
