Default Speaking belt and loss of power

Hello to all, the issue i am having is in the morning the belt squeaks when I first start it and since im in Texas the ac if on from the day before. I have notice that when the squeak starts the voltage drops down, but when I accelerate and the squeak gets loud then goes away the voltage drops some then shoots right back to normal. I have also tested it out with the truck I park and it does the same when I give it gas. I have replaced the tension pulley and checked all other moving parts with bearings in them and all seem to be moving freely and smooth.

the question i have is what could the issue be that is causing this and do y’all have any solution to this problem.

Replace the belt and tensioner assembly, not just the pulley. Squeaking/squealing at startup and high RPM is a dead giveaway for a worn tensioner spring.

Thanks for the reply I wasn’t being clear enough sorry for that but I did replace the whole assembly, the belt was my next guess from research and talking to other friends about the issue.

I forgot to say that while the belt is off, turn the other pulleys by hand to check for noise and rock them top to bottom or side to side to check for play.

The water pump and power steering pump pulleys will be the only ones that have resistance but they should still spin easily. The idler and alternator should freewheel.

I can’t recall if the AC has a separate belt, but if not, it should also freewheel when spun by hand.
