I noticed a squeaking noise behind the dash. it's coming and going and has a rubbery sound to it. like a valve or something moving back and forth.
Anyone experience anything like this?

I am having squeaking noise behind driver side and it has got so bad that I have taken the dash apart and still can not find it..Driving it up and down the road and holding onto all that I can get my hand on and still can not find it..Someone had told me that a piece is bad on the 2005 c cab Silverado and that is maybe the bad part that is broken and making all the noise.Just wish I knew which part it is to order one to replace it with..

 

Try to remove the bezel and drive around. It is common for plastic panels to make some noise sometimes.
