Default Transfer case motor

Was poking around with my power probe. I have power to all of these but only .1-.2 volts from the tan lock solenoid wire and no power to the orange battery voltage wire. Should I be getting power from these with only the key on?

So based on this it looks like the tan wire is ok and the orange wire should have power, if I’m reading that right. Thank you
