Default Transmission fluid and filter change problem

After doing a transmission fluid and filter change on my 2000 1500 silverado 4wd when I press the gas to the floor the trans will not kick down and pick up speed. Instead it just slowly climbs up to speed. 1st 2nd and 3rd work manually. Fluid level is at approximate level. Never had an issue until after maintenance. Any suggestions?

Nothing. Everything work just fine until this. After putting in the new transmission fluid and letting the truck idle for a little bit before test driving when I test drove it is when I noticed. I didn't flush the trans was told I should've.
