I got a 2002 1500 4.3 nv3500 and was thinking about freshing the motor up. I’d like to put a comp cam in it do a little head work maybe bore no sure yet. My question is can the stock injection system be tuned I know i can throw all kinds of parts at it but it will run the same if it can’t be tuned.
