My 2000 Chevy 2500 Silverado has an issue with its turn signal. With the turn signal in a neutral position the tick tock tick tock noise occurs. It sometimes stops but will start up again anytime. Even when i put the key in and turn it to have electrical on the sound can start, before ive even touched the lever. The light isnt actually blinking on the outside thankfully, its only the noise.
