My 08 has 140k on it.. ran like a champ up until about 130k. First was the transmission problems. AAMCO replaced the transmission 5 times... now its happening again.. to top it off.. now I am having the faulty battery cable problem. Can anyone tell me if these electrical gremlins that seem to occur in this model be causing my shifting problems..

Here is my symptoms:

shudders under acceleration from a dead stop when it tries to go into 2nd gear..

clunks when I shift it from park into drive and sometimes reverse doesn't engage when I park it and turn it off and slams into park when I turn it on in the morning.

between 60 and 61 mph I get a quick hesitation and again at 69 to 71 if I let off the throttle and back on again..

idles funny at a stop light like its loping but not nearly as noticeable. sometimes around 1300k rpm and then goes down to around 800 - 900 rpm

Any ideas.. I would love to keep this truck.. but.. dang...
