when im at a red light with the ac or heat on, i get a rough idle, it randomly drops probably 300 rpm and bounces for a moment then comes to normal, does it random, im thinking there gunk in the throttle body, i cleaned the throttle body 20k miles ago and after cleaning it i had to take it to the dealership to relearn the cleaned throttle body i guess, if i were to get a new throttle body would i need to go relearn it again or is the a way i can do it and save 75 bucks

 

correct procedure is to do a relearn. Find a friend with a good scan tool.
