09 Silverado occasionally shifts hard from first to second. Happens more often when cold out than warm. When it does it, its consistent throughout the trip. If I pull over, turn off the pickup then restart, it doesn't do it anymore. Tranny flush made it somewhat better, but it still continues to happen. Thoughts?
