I am sure this has been asked many times before - is there no fuel filter on this truck? I'm at 8 years and 80,000 miles, sure would like to chane the fuel filter. Thanks!

 

Not inline that im aware of, I think they started puttin them on the fuel pump itself

 

its a returnless fiuel system so a inline filter is not needed. it only pumps the fuel needed. old systems would pump and filter 30 gallons in one hour and use 4, send 26 back to the tank.
so life of an old system filter is 30 000. the new filter can go 200 000 before they filter the same volume. when the fuel pump fails, then you change the intank filter.
