2008 Primary blend door actuator
Hey guys,
Ive searched every thing I know on the net and can't find the steps to reinstall my 2008 primary blend door actuator. All the videos/threads are having to do with just the actuator itself on the passenger side, I'm looking for instructions on how to reinstall the back part of the actuator with little teeth to line up with the white flap with teeth without tearing out the entire dash and spending four years fixing it.. any help or prayers would be greatly appreciated lol!

you may have to recenter the actuator to get the teeth to align in a range that will allow you to bolt it to the hvac case.
on the actuator; a triangle and center spline should line up in a center travel range. it must be in this position to install.
if its out, unclip the cover and lift one set of teeth out of contact so you can center the spline.
