I have a 2008 Silverado LTZ with 100,000 miles. The 5.3 engine 4X4. I've noticed a squealing noise coming from the front wheel area. Now I've done the brakes , and the wheel bearing hubs were replaced both within the year. But the noise only occurs when I'm turning left or right. Straight down the road and I don't hear it. Any ideas?

 

Believe it or not I've heard the tires can be the culprit. Are you usin the Goodyear Eagles?

 

No, they are a mud tire that came on the truck when I bought it. Very odd, just started doing it recently. Within the past 2 months.
