Default 2008 Silverado V6 - Engine code P0301

Hi all,I am getting diagnostic code P0301 on a 2008 V6. The truck has 48,000 miles on it. It runs rough at times. Has anyone experienced this on such a low mile truck? Could it be spark plugs this soon? I was under the impression they last 100,000 miles. Thanks.

mileage doesn't mean one plug can't go bad.

swap a spark plug with one from another cylinder (make sure you find the correct location for number 1 cylinder)...see if the misfire follows the plug. if it does replace the plug....if it doesn't swap the coil (coil or plugs on this engine correct?)....it if follows the coil, replace the coil...if it doesn't follow the coil...do a compression test.

I changed the #1 plug and the problem seems to have gone away. I am not getting the diagnostic code anymore. I am going to go ahead and change the rest of the plugs and the wires, as well. Can anyone let me know what the plugs should be torqued to? Thanks.
