2009 Silverado 1500 5.3 4L60E rpm bounce 40-55mph
Here goes nothing…
Ive seen many threads describing a very similar issue but most are slightly different or haven’t been updated with a solution.
2009 Silverado 5.3 4L60E
Fresh reman from monster transmission. (Before you clown me, I found out after the purchase that they have a shady track record at best)
When I’m driving 40-55 mph under light throttle, I get a 100-200 rpm bounce that is repetitive and constant (maybe 1 or 2 seconds between each rise and fall) until I’m over 55 or apply more throttle to raise rpm’s out of this little “slump” so to speak. Also worth noting that this is most prominent up a slight incline or hill as opposed to downhill or perfectly level roads. The issue ONLY occurs after trans temp reaches 120. The whole warm up between ambient temp and 120, there’s not a trace of this issue. After 120 and all the way through full operating temp (dash reads 167-175 typically). Bought and installed new OEM trans cooler when the swap was done. Full relearn/ adaptives reset. Fluid is bright, spotless, and zero smell of burning. Trans shop found no codes. Torque converter tested good. They even complimented how well the trans shifted minus this isolated issue. Trans shop advised afm delete or disable at a minimum. (Something to do with sensors not communicating properly after OE trans is replaced) With afm disabled the issue is much less distruptive and prominent but still very noticeable.
Are there any definitive solutions out there or troubleshooting that could at least narrow this down so I know where to start?
Big thank you in advance!

Thank you!
Multiple calls to their tech department and zero answers. Left voicemails, no calls back. Their sales team are the only people that answer phone calls and after you’ve made a purchase, all they can do for you is pass information along to the techs who apparently just don’t touch a phone or even email someone.
