Default 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd refer to owner manual.

Could someone tell me if the Tech2 programmer will reset my computer so the error " check owners manual, referring to the DEF TANK HEATER ELEMENT I have replaced the element but cannot remove the errors off my dash. Could someone explain which programmer I need to reset this problem. I live in Australia and I'm limited to repairs on my truck.
Regards
Steve

I got a letter from GMC saying there is a known problem with the tank sensor and that it is covered under an extended warranty up to 10 years. Might be a free fix. The problem may not be the heater at all.
