Default 4l80e 4x4 swap help

Ok so this is gonna be a long one. I searched around some other threads and couldn't find anything that answered my questions. Apologize in advance if there is already a thread for this. Anyways, i'm planning out a build with a GMT900 that will get a moderately built gen III 6.0 iron block. I want to pair it with a 4l80e and keep it 4x4. I understand that this is quite the task due to the factory ECM/TCM so I am going to basically completely strip the factory wiring and run everything through a Holley terminator x max with the transmission control. So I am not concerned with any factoty jumping of harnesses etc. My main question is how will this powertrain bolt up to the factory 4x4 system. I know on GMT800 1500's the input shaft does have to be changed in the transfer case but mostly its plug and play. So whats my best option for getting the 80e to work with the GMT900 transfer case and driveline. I plan on keeping the 6.0L around 500hp so I think the stock 4x4 system will hold for some time as long as I dont beat on it too hard. For some background info I want this to be a race/street truck and an all around fun toy. Kinda like if I get bored go fire it up and make a rip around the back yard, or take it to go run errands.

Thanks!
