I was under the 2013 Silverado (AT, 4x 5.3 crew cab short bed) working on the exhaust and saw a significant dent in the aluminum driveshaft. There is no noticeable vibration, the crease is about an inch long and deep enough to notice it. Any advice? Leave well enough alone? Does a dent of such a size compromise the shaft?
