Hey got an issue with my 2008 Sierra, rebuilt 6l80 drove fine for first few thousand kms but the issue is the truck will drive fine until the trans hits operating temp then it pops generic transmission code and falls into limp mode keeping me in second gear until it cools off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

 

scan it with a professional diagnostic tool to get the non-generic codes. How many miles on it?
